基于ARM的振动设备三维模拟系统设计

摘要 为了监控设备的振动过程,提出了一种基于QT和OpenGL的实现振动设备三维模拟的有效方法,通过解析OBJ文件格式,能够还原3D MAX等软件生成的工业设备模型。通过动画演示振动台的运动学模型,加入手动控制和真实模拟功能,实现振动设备的三维模拟和监控。该方法用于直观地模拟工业生产制造、检测等过程并用来监控恶劣工作环境下或者复杂通信节点设备的工作状态。以模拟振动台实际过程为例,介绍三维模拟系统的建立。 In order to monitor the vibration process of the equipment,an effective method to realize the three-dimensional simulation of vibration equipment based on QT and OpenGL is proposed.By analyzing the OBJ file,the model of industrial equipment generated by the software of 3 D MAX can be reduced.The kinematics model of the vibration table is demonstrated by animation,and manual control and real simulation functions are added to realize the 3 D simulation and monitoring of the vibration equipment.This method can be used to intuitively simulate industrial manufacturing and testing process,and to monitor the working state of the equipment in bad working environment or complex communication nodes.Taking the actual process of the vibration table as an example,the establishment of the three-dimensional simulation system is introduced.
