摘要
以三聚氰胺、硫脲、尿素作为前驱体,采用高温热分解法制备了石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)。通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR对g-C_3N_4样品进行了结构表征,使用UV-vis DRS探讨了g-C_3N_4的光吸收性能,并测试了样品的光催化性能。结果表明,以三聚氰胺作为前驱体所制备的g-C_3N_4(M)结晶性好,太阳光(紫外-可见区域)光催化活性在25 min内达到了90%以上;用尿素制备的g-C_3N_4(U)出现多孔性结构,可见光活性在150 min内达到96%;用硫脲制备的g-C_3N_4(T)光吸收性能较好。
Graphite phase carbon nitride(g-C 3N 4)is prepared by high temperature pyrolysis using melamine,thiourea and urea as precursors.The structure of g-C 3N 4 is characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The photo-absorption properties of g-C 3N 4 are investigated by UV-vis DRS,and the photocatalytic properties of the samples are tested.The results show that the crystallinity of g-C 3N 4(M)prepared by melamine is good and the photocatalytic activity is more than 90%exposuring to sunlight(ultraviolet-visible region)within 25 minutes.The visible light activity of g-C 3N 4(U)prepared by urea gets up to 96%in 150 minutes.The light absorption of g-C 3N 4(T)prepared by thiourea is optimal in all samples.
