摘要
门机臂架上铰点轴承位置较高,损坏后更换难度较大,且租用大型设备成本高、维修时间长。介绍了一种充分利用现有条件更换臂架上铰点轴承的方法,分析了故障原因,采用渐进式智能润滑系统,可解决润滑点过润滑及欠润滑的问题,降低轴承损坏率。
The position of pivot bearing on portal crane boom is relatively high,which makes it difficult to replace after damage,and the cost of renting large equipment is high and the maintenance time is long.In order to solve the problem,the method of replacing the pivot bearing on boom by making full use of existing conditions is introduced,and the causes of failure are analyzed.The progressive intelligent lubrication system is adopted by this method,which can solve the problem of over-lubrication and under-lubrication of lubrication points and reduce the damage rate of bearings.
