摘要
随着生活水平及治疗技术的提高,上前牙美学区种植修复成为越来越多患者的选择。唇侧软硬组织轮廓欠丰满是前牙区种植治疗后临床常见的美学缺陷,解决此类缺陷往往需要通过多学科及数种手术方式联合治疗。文章中展示的病例在控制牙周炎症的前提下,通过合理的治疗设计、手术导板确定植入位点、适当的三维植入方向,结合引导骨再生、结缔组织移植和个性化牙龈诱导成形技术,完成了上前牙的种植美学修复,取得了较好的功能和美学效果,且在修复后3年维持健康稳定的效果。本病例为临床此类患者的治疗提供了经验。
With the improvement of living standard and treatnirut technology , impkintation and restoration in anterior aesthetic region has become the choice of more and more patients. Soft and hard tissue contour deficiency is a common aesthetic defect in anterior teeth area, which oftern requires multidisc iplinary and nniltiple surgical approaches. This article illustrates a case of improving the conditions of implant restoration for maxillary central incisor, using guided bone regeneration (GBR ) and connective tissue graft (CTG), which has achieved good functional and aesthetic effects and exhibited satisfactory clinical results after 3 years. This case provides clinical experience for the treatment of such patients.
