摘要
在我国高校开展创新创业教育是深化高等教育改革,培养学生的创新意识、创业精神与实践能力等综合素质,满足社会对高校实用型人才需求的重要举措。但由于我国创新创业教育起步晚,任务重,正面临着许多困难和挑战。高校要想真正培养出具有创新意识、创业精神的实用型人才,加强师资队伍是关键所在。
it is an inevitable choice for the development of higher education to cultivate innovative enterprising talents in the new period, and pratical talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit should be really cultivated in colleges and universities. However, due to the late start and heavy task of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, it is facing many difficulties and challenges. In order to cultivate practical talents with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit,strengthening the teaching staff is the key.
