摘要
研究目的 :探索村级土地利用规划的编制。研究方法 :文献研究法,经验总结法。研究结果 :编制村级土地利用规划是十分有意义的,很多学者在该方面已有研究成果。而由于地区性差异以及具体工作还没有全面开展的现状,仍需要进行相关研究。研究结论 :可以从加快关键技术研究、加宽公共参与领域、加深多规融合探索、加大人文保护力度、加强规划实施评价五方面来优化村级土地利用规划的编制工作。
The purpose of this paper is to explore plan-making for land use planning at village level. Method of references analysis and experiential summary was used. The results indicated that it was significative for China to carry out the land use planning at village level.and many scholars have made research achievements in this field. However, due to the regional differences and the fact that the specific work has not been carried out comprehensively, relevant research is still needed.The paper concluded that five optimization methods can be applied,including speeding up the research of key technologies, broadening the field of public participation, deepening the exploration of multi-planning integration, strengthening the humanities protection, and strengthening the planning implementation evaluation.
