摘要
以广州市某片区规划为例,在规划方案分析基础之上,从规划协调性分析、环境承载力分析和规划布局分析等角度找出拟规划方案中不符合规划和管理政策规定要求之处,分析了环境容量是否能够支撑规划目标及规模,以及提出了更好的布局优化调整方案建议,为更好地指导规划环境影响评价提供了很好的案例分析和理论要点。
Taking a planning of a certain district in Guangzhou as an example, based on the analysis of planning schemes, it is found that the planning coordination plan, environmental carrying capacity analysis and planning layout analysis are not in compliance with the requirements of planning and management policies. At the same time, it is a good case study and theoretical point to analyze whether the environmental capacity can support the planning objectives and scale, and provide better planning and optimization plan adjustment proposals.
