摘要
1989年以来,在追求卓越教育的目标下,英国教师专业标准经历多次研制修订,在继承与超越中建立了比较完善的教师专业标准框架,对英国教师的职前教育、专业发展和素养的整体提升,产生积极深远的影响。文章通过对标准发展历程的梳理、对评价指标和价值取向由"知识→技能→发展"强化重点变迁的分析,为完善我国的教师专业标准、提升高等师范院校师范生的职前教育质量、促进教师专业发展,提供借鉴。
Since the year 1989, with the goal of outstanding education, British Teachers’Professional Standards has undergone many times of development and revision. In the process of inheritance and transcendence, a relatively perfect framework of Teachers' Professional Standards has been established, which has had a positive and profound impact on the overall improvement of pre - service education, professional development and literacy of British teachers. This paper intends to provide reference for bettering the Professional Standards of teachers in China, improve the quality of pre 一 service education of normal university students, promote the professional development of teachers by sorting out the development process of the Standards and analyze the evaluation indexes and value orientation from knowledge→ability→development, especially analyzing the changes.
