摘要
当前小学德育课程的名称由“品德与生活(社会)”改为“道德与法治”,课程名称改变后,道德教育与法律教育能否融合是一个必须关注的问题。鉴于道德与法律的深层联系以及道德教育与法律教育的互相支持,在小学《道德与法治》教材中两种教育可以融合。但是,道德与法律毕竟是不同的,道德教育与法律教育也存在差异,在小学《道德与法治》教材中也应把握两种教育融合的限度.既要避免将二者完全割裂.也要避免将二者完全等同。
The name of the current elementary school moral education curriculum has been changed from “morality and life (society)” to “morality and law”,which makes us confront the problem of integration about moral education and law education. In view of the deep connection between morality and law, and the mutual support between moral education and law education, two kinds of education can be integrated in the primary textbook of Morality and Law. However, not only morality and law are different, but also moral education and law education are different, so we should grasp the scale of integration. They cannot be treated separately, but they are not all the same.
