摘要
在开展建设工程项目全寿命周期各阶段信息研究的基础上,结合智慧建设及其应用的新兴技术,提出了智慧建设施工阶段到运维阶段信息交换的基本流程,即从单体建筑的信息扩展到园区群体建筑信息。并对智慧建设施工到运维阶段交换信息做了阶段划分和分类,建议对信息实现统一的标准。
On the basis of the research on the information of each stage of the whole life cycle of construction project, and combined with the new tech no logy of intelligent con structio n and its application, the basic flow of informatio n exchange from the construction stage of intelligent construction to the operation and maintenanee stage is put forward, that is, from the information of single building to the information of group buildings in the park. It also divides and classifies the information exchange from the construction stage to the operation and maintenance stage and proposes the implementation of tinified standards for information.
