摘要
土压平衡顶管是顶管施工的一种重要施工方式,但如何将挖掘出的渣土从顶管机输送到地面,始终是顶管施工中的一项难题。长距离顶管干泥泵送施工工艺,就是一种将土压平衡顶管掘进机掘出的干泥改良为含水率65%～85%的塑态泥土,再连续泵送到地面的施工方法,实现了顶管施工干泥的长距离或超长距离的连续输送,具有较高的推广应用价值。
The earth pressure balancing pipe jacking is an important construction method in pipe jacking construction, but how to transport excavated dregs from pipe jacking machine to ground is always a difficult problem in pipe jacking con struction. The long-dista nee pipe jacking dry mud pumping constructio n tech no logy is a construction method to improve the dry mud excavated by the earth pressure balancing pipe jacking machine into the plastic mud with moisture content of 65%.85% and continuously to pump it to the ground, which realizes the Iong-distanee or super-long-distanee continuous transportation of dry mud in pipe jacking construction, and has high popularization and application value.
