摘要
阐述了国内外幕墙维护用作业平台的发展现状,对水平轨道式、轮载式、滑车式、插杆式、悬挂轨道式、滑梯式等幕墙维护平台的适用场景以及基本参数进行了归纳总结。其中,重点对设备安全事故防范措施的几种优化方案进行了介绍,并对维护平台自动化方面存在的障碍进行了分析。提出了在实际使用时应结合建筑需求,综合考虑工作环境因素以及按经济性来选择合适的幕墙维护平台设备的建议。
The development status of domestic and foreign operation platform for curtain wall maintenance is expounded, and the applicable scenes and basic parameters of the horizontal track type, wheel load type, pulley type, plug type, suspension track type, slide type and other curtain wall maintenance platforms are summarized. Among them, several optimization schemes of equipment safety accident prevention measures are mainly introduced, and the obstacles existed in maintenanee platform automation are analyzed. The suggestions for selecting the suitable curtain wall maintenance platform equipment in actual use should are put forward in combination with the building requirements, comprehensive consideration of working environment factors and economical efficiency.
