摘要
DCS报警系统能力和效率的高低,直接影响着整个DCS系统的性能指标。因此,报警系统需要保证具有极高的实时性和可靠性,不允许漏报或重复记录,并能够及时响应报警信息的查询和确认等操作[1]。所以我们有必要对报警系统进行深入了解,并且管理好系统的报警资源,使报警为生产发挥最大的作用。不同厂家的DCS在报警系统的功能上各有特色,但基本功能大致相同,就霍尼韦尔DCS系统对速率报警的应用、设置、隔离、屏蔽、查询等几个方面加以阐述。
The capability and efficiency of DCS alarm system directly affect the performance index of DCS system.Therefore,the alarm system needs to ensure that it has extremely high real-time and reliability,does not allow missed or repeated records,and can respond to the alarm information inquiries and confirmations in a timely manner.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the alarm system in depth and manage the alarm resources of the system so that the alarm can play a maximum role in production.DCS of different manufacturers have different features in the alarm system,but the basic functions are roughly the same.In this paper,the application,setup,isolation,shielding,query and other aspects of the Honeywell DCS system for rate alarm are described.
