摘要
通过对铜基合金Cu-25Zn-5Al进行金相、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等分析,研究它在700~900℃的空气中的腐蚀行为。结果显示,其腐蚀动力学在空气中皆遵循抛物线型定律,氧化速率随温度上升而加快;它的氧化性质优良,其氧化生成物为少量的氧化锌(Zn O)及氧化铜铝(ZnAl2O4),这是铜基合金Cu-25Zn-5Al氧化速率降低的主因,能够有效防止铜基合金进一步氧化。
In this paper,the corrosion behavior of copper-based alloy Cu-25Zn-5Al in air at 700~900 C is studied by metallographic,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the corrosion kinetics follows the parabolic law in the air,the oxidation rate is accelerated with the rise of the temperature,and its oxidation property is excellent.Its oxidation product is a small amount of Zinc Oxide(ZnO)and copper oxide(ZnAl2O4),which is the main cause of the decrease in the oxidation rate of the copper-based alloy Cu-25Zn-5Al and effectively prevent copper-based alloy being further oxidized.
