摘要
新媒体时代为高职辅导员思想政治工作带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。根据新媒体时代的特征,文章阐述了辅导员开展网络思想政治教育的必要性,分析了当前辅导员在网络思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,提出了从提高思想认识,提升网络思想政治教育素养和加大支持力度三个方面,对高职辅导员网络思想政治教育能力的提升路径展开探索。
The new media era has brought opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education of college counselors. According to the characteristics of the new media era, this paper states the necessity of network ideological and political education, analyzes the problems and reasons, and puts forward the improvement path of the network ideological and political education ability of the college counselor from the three aspects: improving ideological cognition, enhancing the professional quality and presenting more support.
