摘要
目的:探索在比格犬颌骨内建立逆行性种植体周围炎动物模型的方法。方法:选择3只比格犬,每只犬双侧下颌前磨牙区即刻种植法在拔牙窝内各植入1枚种植体,共6枚,并对邻牙进行开髓处理。根据种植体类型分为亲水组和非亲水组(n=3)。种植体植入3个月后拍摄X线片,通过观察种植体根尖周组织情况确定模型是否建立成功。结果:术后3月亲水组2枚种植体根尖部出现明显透射性阴影。结论:即刻种植+邻牙开髓的方法可以成功建立逆行性种植体周围炎骨缺损模型。
Objective:To explore a method for the establishment of retrograde peri-implantitis(RPI)animal model.Methods:2 implants were implanted in the extraction socket by immediate implant placement in the bilateral mandibular premolar region of 3 Beagle dogs.The adjacent teeth were treated with pulp opening.The implants were divided into hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group(n=3).X-ray film was taken immedietly,3 and 4 months after implantation,the model was evaluated by observing the periapical tissue of the implant.Results:X-ray film showed radioparent area around the root apex of 2 implants in hydrophilic group.Conclusion:RPI model can be established by the method of immediate implant placement with pulp opening of adjacent teeth.
