摘要 光伏阵列在阴影影响下输出特性将发生变化,传统的光伏阵列模型不再适用。为了研究光伏阵列在阴影影响下的输出特性,在单个光伏电池四参数工程模型的基础上,推导出适用于在不同光照下2个光伏电池串联的输出模型。在Matlab中对其仿真并与实验结果做比较,验证推导模型的准确性。把该模型推广到多个光伏电池串并联的光伏阵列中,引入遮光率,在Matlab中对光伏阵列在不同遮光率下进行仿真,分析其仿真结果,总结出光伏阵列在局部阴影影响下输出特性的变化规律。 The traditional photovoltaic array model is no longer applicable as the output features of photovoltaic arrays change under the influence of shadows. Therefore,an output model suitable for series connection of two photovoltaic cells under different illuminations is deduced on the basis of the four-parameter engineering model of single photovoltaic cell,so as to study the output features of photovoltaic arrays under the influence of shadows. The simulation of the model is conducted with the Matlab. The accuracy of the deduced model is verified by comparing the simulation results with experimental results. The model is generalized to the photovoltaic arrays with multiple photovoltaic cells connected in series and parallel. The simulation of photovoltaic arrays under different shading rates is conducted with the Matlab while the shading rate is introduced. The output feature variation rules of the photovoltaic arrays under the partial shadow influence are summarized by analyzing the simulation results.
