血清S100B对小细胞肺癌脑转移的预测价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清S100B对小细胞肺癌(SCLC)脑转移的预测价值研究。方法 2010.1-2016.1月在我院接受治疗的SCLC患者200例作为研究对象。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清S100B的水平,对所有患者进行为期12-24个月的随访,观察SCLC患者出现脑转移的情况。分析血清S100B的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系、SCLC脑转移与临床病理特征的关系。结果①随访期间有51例SCLC患者发生脑转移,占25.50%。SCLC无脑转移患者血清S100B水平为(1.35±0.02)ng/uL,而SCLC脑转移患者为(2.85±0.11)ng/uL,组间比较的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②血清S100B的高表达与SCLC淋巴结转移和脑转移有关(P<0.05)。③SCLC脑转移与淋巴结转移、血清S100B表达水平有关(P<0.05)。结论血清S100B的高表达与SCLC脑转移有关,其或可作为SCLC脑转移的预测因子,未来需要进一步作体内外研究以明确S100B的价值。 Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum S100B in brain metastases of small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods 200 patients with SCLC in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were included in this study. The serum S100B level was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and all patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months to observe the occurrence of brain metastases in SCLC patients. The relationship between the expression level of serum S100B and clinicopathological characteristics, the relationship between SCLC brain metastasis and clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results ① During the follow-up period, 51 patients with SCLC had brain metastases, accounting for 25.50%. The level of serum S100B in patients with SCLC without brain metastases was (1.35±0.02) ng/uL, while the patients with SCLC brain metastases were (2.85±0.11) ng/uL, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P< 0.05).② The high expression of serum S100B was related to SCLC lymph node metastasis and brain metastasis ( P< 0.05).③ SCLC brain metastasis was related to lymph node metastasis and serum S100B expression ( P< 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of serum S100B is related to SCLC brain metastasis, and it may be a predictor of SCLC brain metastases, and further study in and out of the body is needed to determine the value of S100B in future.
