摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗对中、重度非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取某院2017年8月至2018年6月收治的中、重度非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者106例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各53例。对照组口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药益气养阴经验方治疗。观察两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平、最佳矫正视力及黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层厚度。结果对照组治疗总有效率58.49%(31/53)低于观察组84.91%(45/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组血清炎症因子水平比观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组最佳矫正视力提高、黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层厚度降低,且观察组最佳矫正视力及黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层厚度改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中、重度非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者给予中西医结合治疗效果显著,利于改善机体炎症反应及临床症状,促进患者康复进程。
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on serum inflammatory factors in patients with moderate and severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 106 patients with moderate and severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted in a hospital from August 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given oral calcium dobesilate capsules while the observation group was given both oral calcium dobesilate capsules and Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin formula.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors level,optimal corrected visual acuity,retinal neurepithelium layer thickness in macular area of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group [58.49%(31/53)] was lower than that of the observation group [84.91%(45/53)]and the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the control group were higher than those in the observation group and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the optimal corrected visual acuity of the two groups increased and theretinal neurepithelium layer thickness in macular area decreased and the improvement of optimal corrected visual acuity and retinal neurepithelium layer thickness in macular area in the observation group was better than that in the control group and the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment for patients with moderate and severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy was effective,improving inflammatory response and clinical symptoms and promoting the process of rehabilitation.
