摘要 对插电式混合动力汽车(简称PHEV)维修记录数据进行统计分析,建立了基于威布尔分布的电驱动系统各子系统的故障模型及系统的竞争风险模型,掌握其故障率发展规律。在此基础上提出基于相对失效率及系统变故障率特性的可靠性分配方法,对插电式混合电驱动系统进行可靠性分配;并分析各子系统的故障原因,确定其权重排序,找到混合电驱动系统可靠性改进设计的关键单元,提出可靠性增长的措施。 Statistical Analysis on maintenance record of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle was carried out,and the fault models of each subsystem of plug-in hybrid power system were established based on the Weibull distribution,then the competition risk model of the system were established to master the development rule of the fault rate.On the basis of this,a reliability allocation method was proposed based on relative failure rate and the variable failure rate characteristic.The reliability allocation of plug-in hybrid electric drive system was carried out.At the same time,the fault causes of each subsystem were counted,its weight ranking was determined,the key object of reliability improvement design was found,and the measures for improving reliability were put forward.
