摘要
为了研究扩大圆弧形焊接孔对工字形柱弱轴连接节点的抗震性能,建立了1个标准扩大圆弧形焊接孔节点和5个焊接孔长度不同的扩大圆弧形焊接孔节点模型,应用有限元软件ABAQUS对这些节点进行了循环荷载作用下的力学性能分析,研究了节点的破坏形态、梁翼缘焊缝的应力分布、滞回性能、延性性能和耗能能力。研究结果表明,扩大圆弧形焊接孔节点能有效地降低梁翼缘焊缝处的应力水平,焊接孔长度在65~75 mm时,焊缝应力至少降低25.28%,焊接孔区段梁翼缘发生屈曲而形成塑性铰,而且延性系数均大于3.0,从而满足了"强节点弱构件"的抗震设计要求。
To study the seismic performance of connections with the enlarged arc weld access hole of I-section column at weak axis,one standard connection with the enlarged arc weld access hole model and five connections models with weld access holes for different lengths were established.The mechanical properties under cyclic loading of these connections were analyzed by the finite element software ABAQUS.The failure patterns,stress distribution of beam flange weld,hysteretic behavior,ductility and energy dissipation capacities of connections were studied.The results showed that the enlarged arc weld access hole connection could effectively reduce the stress level at the beam flange weld and weld access hole length could make the weld stress reduced at least 25.28%at 65~75 mm and weld hole section of the beam flange buckling and the formation of plastic hinge and the ductility coefficient were greater than 3.0,which could achieve the seismic design requirements of“strong connection and weak component”.
