摘要
在卫生法的支持下,加拿大不仅形成了全民覆盖的医保体系,而且卫生部门每年都会根据卫生事业发展情况更新发展战略,并且设立健康研究所,为卫生发展战略的制定提供资金和技术支持。我国的卫生发展体系虽然几乎实现了医保全覆盖,但卫生法还未成体系,各医疗机构间也没有形成良好的联动。笔者通过对加拿大卫生法基本内容、卫生发展战略制定、健康研究所职能进行简单介绍,为我国卫生法的完善和卫生体系建设提供参考。
Supported by the health law,Canada has not only established a universal health care system,but also established a development strategy based on the development of health services every year,and set up a health institute to provide financial and technical support for the health development strategies.Throughout China's health development system,although the coverage of medical insurance has been almost achieved,the system of health law in China has not yet been established.This paper briefly introduced the basic content of Canada health law,the development strategy of health development and the functions of Canadian health research institute,and provides references for the improvement of Chinese health law and health system.
