摘要
项目教学是致力于培育应用型人才、响应教育改革的一种实践探究和教学模式。如何将教工党支部工作与项目教学工作有机结合、充分发挥党务的职能作用,对促进项目教学工作开展有着重要意义。文章分析了教工党支部的重要性和面临的问题,并从创新构建模式、丰富活动形式,建立长效机制,推进双促双进,激活组织活力、优化工作资源三个方面论述了高校教工党支部在项目教学中发挥的作用。
Project teaching is a practice inquiry and teaching mode which is committed to cultivating applied talents and responding to educational reform. How to organically combine the work of teacher Party branches with the project teaching and give full play to the function of party affairs is of great significance for promoting the project teaching work. The paper analyzed the importance and the confronting problems of teacher Party branches, and discussed the effects of teacher Party branches in project teaching by three aspects:innovating construction modes and enrich activity forms, establishing a long-term mechanism to promote double promotion, activating organizational vitality and optimizing work resources.
