摘要
对某钢厂燃气柜区人员构成、设备情况、日常操作、设备维护等几方面进行分析比较,通过岗位梳理合并、设备应用、软件开发等一系列措施,实现无人化值守,节省了人力及运营费用。
The personnel composition, equipment condition, daily operation and equipment maintenance of gas tank area in a steel plant are analyzed and compared. Through a series of measures such as post combing and merging,equipment application and software development, unmanned duty is realized and human and operation costs are saved.
