地铁空心电抗器盖板磁屏蔽效能分析

摘要 空心电抗器广泛应用于城市轨道交通,其漏磁过大可能对周围设备的正常工作造成影响。文章给出了空心电抗器磁场辐射的计算公式,通过仿真与测试结果的对比,分析了电抗器漏磁对车内电磁环境的影响;并阐述了电抗器有、无屏蔽盖板及盖板的材质、厚度等与其周围静磁场及屏蔽效能的关系。结果表明,电抗器目前所用屏蔽盖板的漏磁满足标准要求,不会影响心脏起搏器等设备的正常工作;使用高磁导率的材料作为屏蔽板可以有效地减小其厚度及重量。 Hollow reactor is widely used in urban rail transit, and its excessive magnetic leakage may affect the normal operation of the surrounding equipment. The calculation formula of magnetic field radiation of hollow reactor is given in this paper. By comparing the results of simulation and test, the influence of magnetic leakage of reactor on electromagnetic environment in vehicle is analyzed, and the relationship between the material and thickness of the reactor with or without shielding plate and its surrounding static magnetic field and shielding efficiency is expounded. The results show that the magnetic leakage of the shielding cover plate used in the reactor meets the standard requirements and does not affect the normal operation of pacemakers and other devices. The thickness and weight of the shielding cover can be effectively reduced by using high permeability material.
