摘要
移相器作为一类重要的微波功能器件,在军事和民用领域有着重要的应用。不同于传统的铁电厚膜移相器,本文将电谐振器、人工表面等离激元(SSPP)和铁电厚膜三者结合进行设计,利用电谐振器与人工表面等离激元传输结构的耦合特性,并引入铁电厚膜的介电非线性,提出了一种具有频率选择特性的电可调铁电厚膜移相器。通过基于人工表面等离激元的铁电厚膜移相器理论分析了移相器结构设计的可行性,并通过系统仿真对设计的可行性进行了验证。通过仿真不同电谐振器结构下移相器的S参数曲线验证了本文设计的移相器具有可设计的频率选择特性。
As one kind of important microwave functional device, phase shifter has important application value in both military and civil fields. Different from the traditional ferroelectric thick film phase shifter, this design combines the electricresonators, Spoof Surface Plasmon Polariton ( SSPP) and the ferroelectric thick film. With the coupling effect between the electric resonators and SSPP and the nonlinearity of the dielectricity of ferroelectric thick film, this paper proposes an electrically tunable ferroelectric thick film phase shifter with frequency selectivity. The feasibility of the design of the phase shifter was analyzed and verified by the simulation. The S parameter curves of the phase shifter with different resonator structures were simulated to verify that the frequency selectivity of the phase shifter.
