摘要
中国飞机租赁业务起步较晚但发展较快,文章从规模、结构、速度、质量等维度选取2008—2016年我国飞机租赁业务成长相关数据,运用主成分分析法构建飞机租赁业务成长水平指数,并从指数内部结构分析成长水平的变动原因。研究表明,中国飞机租赁业务总体呈现波动上升态势,但2013年因资金市场因素有所回落,2014年之后又恢复快速增长,国办发《关于加快飞机租赁业务发展的意见》对行业发展起到了较好的促进作用,其中,收益因子是促进中国飞机租赁业务成长的最关键因子。
China's aircraft leasing business started late but has developed rapidly. This paper selected the growth data of China's aircraft leasing business from 2008 to 2016 in terms of scale, structure, speed and quality, adopted the principal component analysis method to construct the growth index of aircraft leasing business, and analyzed the reasons for the change of growth level from the internal structure of the index. The study shows that China's aircraft leasing business has an upward trend of fluctuation in general, but in 2013 it fell back due to the capital market, and then resumed rapid growth after 2014. The State Administration issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Aircraft Leasing Business, which played an important role in promoting the development of the industry. And the revenue is the key factor in the growth of China's aircraft leasing business.
