摘要
试验采用稀王水溶解高铅铜合金轴瓦样品,用2%的硝酸作为稀释液稀释样品,在铅217. 000 nm,锡235.495 nm处使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法进行分析,各元素的相关系数均大于0.999 5,方法的检出限为0.010 5%~0.015 9%(质量分数),结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为1.11%~2.28%。进行加标回收试验,加标回收率为97%~102%,测定结果与使用YS/T475.2—2005和YS/T475.1—2005测定结果相符。测定方法的分析范围铅含量为10%~30%,锡含量为0.5%~4.5%。
Test using dilute aqua regia dissolving high lead copper alloy bearing samples, as diluent dilution sample with nitric acid of 2%, the lead is 217.000 nm, tin 235.495 nm using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is analyzed, the correlation coefficient of each element were greater than 0.999 5, the method detection limit of 0.010 5%- 0.015 9%(mass fraction), the results of relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 11) of 1.11% to 1.11%. Standard addition recovery test of standard addition recovery was 97%~ 102%, the determination results with YS/T475.2-2005 is consistent with the results determined by YS/T475.1-2005. Method analysis of the scope of lead is 10%~30%, tin is 0.5%~4.5%.
