摘要
大多数终末期肾病血液透析患者均存在不同程度的体液潴留,持续的容量超负荷可导致心血管并发症,进而影响患者生活质量和生存时间,因此优化终末期肾病患者的容量管理至关重要。肺超声在血液透析患者容量监测及预后评估方面均有重要价值,本文就肺超声在终末期肾病血液透析患者容量超负荷评价方面的研究进展进行综述。
Volume overload is emerging as a universal puzzler in end-stage renal disease patients with hemodialysis, which will frequently lead to cardiovascular complications and thus affect the patient’s life quality and survival time,therefore how to optimize volume control in patients with hemodialysis is becoming a urgent study focus. Lung ultrasound plays an important role in monitoring volume load and evaluating prognosis. This article reviews the application and progress of lung ultrasound in evaluating volume overload in hemodialysis patients.
