摘要
炼化企业自备电站的生产运行首先要满足炼化装置的蒸汽需求,不足或多余电量可通过与外电网之间的输入/输出实现调节。当自备电站供热蒸汽量发生变化时,热电装置存在恒进汽量和恒凝汽量两种调节方式。通过建立基于分段汽耗率的汽-电转化模型,研究了两种调节方式下供热量变化对自备电站运行成本的影响。以某炼化企业自备电站数据为案例,计算供热量变化对发电量、总成本、单位发电成本和发电标煤耗等因素的影响:在恒进汽量调节下,供热量由1 792 TJ增加到2 875 TJ时,运行总成本由2.42亿元增加至2.79亿元;在恒凝汽量调节下,运行总成本由2.47亿元增加至2.61亿元。
The production and operation of the self-build power station in petrochemical plant should first meet the steam demands of the refinery equipment,and the insufficient or excess electricity can be adjusted by the input/output of the external power grid.When the heat steam supply of self-built power station varies,there are constant inlet steam control and constant steam condensate control.Through the build-up of steam-electricity conversion model,the impact of heat supply on the operation of the power station under the constant inlet steam mode and the constant condensate mode is studied.Taking the data of self-built electric power generation station of a petrochemical company in a case study,the impacts of heat supply variations on the power generation,total cost,unit power cost and standard coal consumption for power generation are calculated.Under the adjustment of constant inlet steam and when the heat supply is increased to 2 875 TJ from 1 792 TJ,the total operating cost is raised to 261 million Yuan(RMB)from 247 million Yuan(RMB).
