摘要
本文介绍了用于国内首台1.5T真空凝壳炉供电的90k A/85V直流电源,文中不但详细介绍了其应用背景、系统构成、主电路、控制电路主要单元工作原理和上位机监控系统,而且给出了实用效果,获得了应有的结论,最终指明了应用前景。
The 90 kA/85 V DC power supply of the first 1.5 T vacuum condensing furnace in China is introduced. This work mainly focuses on the application background, system constitution, main circuit, principle of main unit of control circuit and monitoring system of upper computer. The practical effect and application prospect are discussed.
