摘要
为了利用我国西北地区的苦咸水资源,满足日益增长的饮用水需求,利用自行制备的典型聚酰胺复合纳滤膜处理西北某地经过混凝+沉淀+石英砂过滤预处理的苦咸水,研究该纳滤过程的处理效能.结果表明,该纳滤膜能有效截留原水中各类无机离子和溶剂性有机物,保证出水满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)对相关指标的要求;综合考虑膜污染速率和溶质截留情况,认为选用0. 5 MPa的跨膜压差是较为合适的;纳滤膜处理该苦咸水时的膜污染为天然有机物的有机污染和无机盐沉淀的无机污染的共同作用.
In order to meet the drinking water standards by using the brackish water as raw water in northwest China,a typical polyamide nanofiltration (NF) membrane has been fabricated and used to treat the brackish water after pretreatment of coagulation + sedimentation + quartz sand filtration.The results showed that this NF membrane can effectively rejection different ions and dissolved organic matters in the brackish water,which ensured the permeate water could meet the requirements of the Standard for drinking water quality (GB5749-2006).The operation pressure of 0.5 MPa was proper according to the balance of membrane fouling and solute rejection.The membrane fouling was the combined effect of organic fouling and inorganic fouling,which were induced by natural organic matters and inorganic precipitate,respectively.
