摘要
20世纪有人提出装配式建筑设计,发展至20世纪60年代装配式建筑出现。随着时代的进步,技术的发展,建造房屋也可以机械化生产,成批成套地生产制造。装配式建筑只要将所需构件运到工地进行拼装即可,具有成本低、效率高等特点。现代装配式建筑具有设计标准化、生产工厂化、施工装配化、装修一体化、管理信息化等特征,是建造方式的重大变革。论文就现代装配式建筑设计进行分析,并提出装配式建筑的设计要点。
In the 20th century,some people put forward the design of assembly architecture,which appeared in the 1960s.With the progress of the times and the development of technology,building houses can also be manufactured mechanically and in batches.As long as the required components are transported to the construction site for assembly,the assembly building has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency.Modern assembly building has the characteristics of standardization of design,factories of production,assembly of construction,integration of decoration and informatization of management.It is a major change of construction mode.This paper analyses the design of modern assembly building,and puts forward the design points of assembly building.
