摘要
目的分析雅安市雨城区居民体质指数(BMI)与高血压病的相关性,为体重控制策略提供依据。方法 2018-01/08采用分层随机抽样法对雅安市雨城区常住居民进行身高、体重与血压进行调查,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析BMI对居民高血压病的预测价值。结果共调查1 000名,其中227人低体重、352人正常、267人超重、154人肥胖。高血压161人(1级114人,2级30人,3级17人),发生率16.10%。Spearman分析显示,BMI水平与高血压病正相关(r=0.263,P<0.01);BMI预测高血压病的ROC曲线下面积值为0.525(95%CI:0.477~0.574),最佳敏感阀值为20.82 kg/m^2,灵敏度、特异度分别为78.90%、26.66%。结论雅安市雨城区居民BMI水平与高血压病正相关,且对高血压病亦有一定预测价值。
Objective To analyze the correlation between body mass index (BMI) and hypertension in Yucheng district of Yaan city in 2018. Methods Body heights, body weights and blood pressure of residents in Yucheng District of Yaan included hy stratified random sampling method were investigated, and the predictive value of BMI for hypertension was analyzed using the receiveroperating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results A total of 1 000 residents were surveyed;low body weights, normal body weights, overweight and obesity were found in 227, 352, 267 and 154 residents, respectively. Hypertension was found in 161 residents(grade 1 in 114, grade 2 in 30 and grade 3 in 17), and the incidence was 16.10%. Speannan analysis showed that BMI was positively correlated with hypertension (r = 0.263, P<0.01). The area under curve of BMI for predicting hypertension was 0.525 (95% CI: 0.477- 0.574), and the optimal sensitivity threshold was 20.82 kg/m^2. The sensitivity and specificity were 7&90% and 26.66%, respectively. Conclusion The BMI level is positively correlated with hypertension and can, to a certain extent, predict hypertension in residents in Yucheng District of Yaan.
