摘要
目的:观察自拟通络灌肠液治疗放射性肠炎的近期疗效及远期疗效。方法:将40例放射性肠炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组行中药保留灌肠,对照组行常规治疗保留灌肠。观察两组的疗效、中医症状积分治疗前后变化及远期疗效。结果:治疗组疗效及远期随访疗效优于对照组,且治疗后中医症状积分较治疗前及对照组明显降低。结论:自拟通络灌肠液治疗放射性肠炎安全有效。
Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Tongluo enema decoction in treatment of radiation enteritis based on theory of collaterals disease. Methods: 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group received enema treatment with Tongluo enema decoction, and the control group received conventional enema treatment. Observe the general curative ef-fect, TCM symptom scores compared between before and after treatment and long-term follow-up in the two groups. Results: The general curative effect in treatment group and the long-term curative effect is better than that of control group, the TCM symptom scores after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference were statistically significant. Conclusion: Tongluo enema decoction had a safe and effective ef-ficacy in treatment of radiation enteritis.
