摘要
通过深入研究配电网投资与社会效益、经济收益之间的关系,在现有评价体系的基础上,加以改进完善,初步构建起一套较完整的配电网建设效果评价体系,实现了配电网建设的效益评价,并应用于XX市配电网建设实践,较好地实现了配电网建设的精准投资。
Through in-depth study of the relationship between distribution network investment and social benefits and economic benefits, the existing evaluation system is improved and perfected, and a relatively complete evaluation system for distribution network construction effect is initially constructed, realizing benefit evaluation of distribution network construction. The evaluation system is applied to the construction practice of distribution network in XX city, and the precise investment of distribution network construction is realized.
