摘要
运用p-Q图对铝合金滤波器大型腔体压铸模进行设计验证及压铸工艺优化,使一次试模成形合格率和批量压铸生产能力得到极大提升。主要介绍了p-Q图的应用过程,从不同角度进行分析与说明,并将其实用化。
The design verification and die casting process optimization of large cavity die casting mould of aluminum filter were performed by using the p-Q diagram.The formula derivation,drawing and practical application process of p-Qdiagram were described,and it was analyzed and expounded from different aspects.
