摘要
我国高等学校的逐年扩招,给学生的住宿安置带来不小压力,住宿需求也随着时代变迁不断更新,从而对宿舍设计提出新的要求。使用后评价是一种反馈机制,它以科学性和人文性为价值取向,已经逐步开始应用于各种建筑类型的设计过程之中。通过对建筑的使用后评价,设计者可以了解建筑的运营状况和使用者的自身需求,从而更好的指导设计。本文从满意度方面对华侨大学厦门校区学生宿舍进行使用后评价,并针对评价结果进行分析。
The enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China has brought a lot of pressure on students' accommodation and placement. Accommodation needs are also constantly updated with the times, which puts new demands on the design of the dormitory. Post-occupancy evaluation (POE) is a feedback mechanism which is scientific and humanistic, and has gradually been applied to the design process of various building types. Through the POE of the building, the designer can understand the operation of the building and the user's own needs, so as to better guide the design. This paper evaluates the use of the dormitory of Huaqiao University Xiamen Campus from the perspective of satisfaction, and analyzes the evaluation results.
