摘要
近年来城商行整体增长迅速、实力增强,成为银行体系的重要组成部分。但随着宏观经济步入新常态、监管政策逐步收紧,城商行面临着巨大的压力和挑战。文章基于国内61家主要城商行2010-2017年的财务数据及发展情况,分析城商行近年来经营业绩现状与趋势,指出城商行利润增速持续放缓,并对影响城商行利润增速的贡献因子进行分解发现:规模扩张一直是拉动净利润增长的最主要因素,但对净利润增长的拉动作用逐步在减弱;而受负债高成本化及资产收益率下行带动息差收窄,息差因素逐步成为下拉城商行净利润增长的最主要因素;此外,城商行资产质量下行,拨备计提在2014-2016年成为侵蚀城商行利润的一大因素,拨备计提是仅次于规模的第二大影响因素。在此基础上,文章总结近年城商行经营发展的主要特点与启示。
In the past, benefiting from domestic economic growth dividends and favorable regulatory policies, city commercial banks have grown rapidly with enhanced comprehensive strength, becoming an important part of the banking system. However, as the macro economy enters a new normal and regulatory policies are gradually tightened, city commercial banks are facing tremendous pressure and challenges. Based on the financial data and development of 61 major city commercial banks in China from 2010 to 2017, this paper analyses the status and trend of their operating performance in recent years. The paper finds that the growth rate of profits of city commercial banks continues to slow down, and decomposes the contribution factors that influence the growth rate of profits of city commercial banks. It finds that the expansion of scale has always been the main factor driving the growth of net profits, but the driving force is gradually weakening, while the spreads are narrowed due to the high cost of liabilities and downward return on assets, interest margin factor has gradually become the most important factor of negative growth of the net profit of city commercial banks. In addition, the asset quality of city commercial banks is declining and loan provision has become a major factor that erodes the profits of city commercial banks in 2014-2016. On this basis, the paper summarizes the main characteristics and enlightenment of development for city commercial banks in recent years.
