摘要 目的探讨小儿哮喘疾病应用不同药物治疗的效果及对外周血嗜酸性粒细胞指标FEV_1、FVC、Eos水平变化情况。方法将本院2016年8月至2017年10月接收的84例小儿哮喘患儿随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各42例。两组均给予患儿常规吸氧、防感染及止咳对症治疗,在此基础上对照组应用布地奈德吸入治疗,观察组则使用特布他林联合布地奈德治,观察两组治疗效果、治疗前后患儿肺功能情况及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组71.43%的总有效率(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后1 s用力呼气容量(FEV_1)、用力肺活量(FVC)均上升,但观察组上升幅度明显大于对照组,治疗后两组患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)指标下降幅度比较明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘治疗时,采取特布他林联合布地奈德的治疗方法疗效显著,可显著改善患儿肺功能及降低患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of different drug treatments and the changes of peripheral blood eosinophils FEV1, FVC and Eos levels in children with asthma. Methods 84 children with pediatric asthma admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional oxygen, anti-infection and anti-cough symptomatic treatment. On the basis of this, the control group was treated with budesonide inhalation, and the observation group was treated with terbutaline combined with budesonide. Pulmonary function and changes in peripheral blood eosinophils before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 71.43% in the control group(P<0.05). The forced expiratory volume(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(FVC) increased after 1 s in both groups. However, the increase of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group. The eosinophils(Eos) index of the peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of asthma in children, the treatment with terbutaline combined with budesonide is effective, which can significantly improve the lung function of children and reduce the level of eosinophils in peripheral blood of children. It is worth promoting.
