摘要
本试验旨在探讨不同中草药催情物的催情效果。采用单因子方差设计,选取断奶经产丹系二元母猪64头,随机分为4个处理(对照组、试验I组、试验II组、试验III组),每个处理16头母猪(每个处理4个重复,每个重复4头母猪),各组平均胎次相近。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验I组、试验II组与试验III组分别在对照组基础日粮的基础上,每头每天添加50g“市场产品0”、50g“市场产品1”与50g“市场产品2”。结果表明,本试验条件下:①“市场产品0”具有较好的催情效果,且优于市场同类产品,其中就包括“市场产品1”(也是按照《药典·二部》配制的“催情散”),可能与“市场产品0”使用经微粉碎的淫羊藿有关;②中草药催情物的正确使用与其效果成正比;③“市场产品0”与“市场产品1”的“窝均产活仔数”均为11.5头,分别较“市场产品2”与对照组多0.5头与1头,提示中草药催情物有增加母猪“窝均产活仔数”的作用;④“市场产品0”与“市场产品1”的断奶仔猪成活率约为94%,而“市场产品2”与对照组的断奶仔猪成活率约为93%,提示中草药催情物有增加断奶仔猪“成活率”的作用;⑤各组断奶后15d(含15d)发情配种的受胎率均达100%。
The single factor variance design was used to explore the effect of different Chinese herbal aphrodisiacs on sows. 64 heads of binary Danish hybrid sows were randomly divided into 4 treatments (Control, Trial I, Trial II, and Trial III) with 16 sows (There were 4 sows in each treatment). The Control group was fed basal diet, and the Trial I, Trial II,Trial III were fed Chinese herbal aphrodisiacs “Market product 0”,“Market product 1”,“Market product 2” 50 g/d/head respectively in addition to basal diet. It showed that under the experimental conditions:①The “Market product 0” was the best one on the aphrodisiac effect among the 4 treatments, and this could be attributed to the fine pulverized Epimedium Herb in “Market product 0”;②The correct use of Chinese herbal aphrodisiacs is in direct proportion to their effect;③The number of live piglets per litter of “Market product 0”and“Market product 1” was 11.5, 0.5 and 1 more then“Market product 2” and Control respectively. It suggested that Chinese herbal aphrodisiac had the effect of increasing the number of live piglets per litter;④The survival rate of weaned piglets for “Market product 0” and “Market product 1” was about 94%, one percent more than those of “Market product 2” and Control. It suggested that Chinese herbal aphrodisiacs could increase the survival rate of weaned piglets.⑤The conception rate of oestrus mating at 15 d (including 15 d) after weaning was 100% in all groups.
