摘要
利用水相合成和煅烧法制备了一种具有六边形结构的片状多孔四氧化三钴(Co_3O_4)材料,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和比表面-孔径分布分析仪分别表征了其形貌、晶相和比表面及孔径分布情况。采用循环伏安法、恒流充放电法和交流阻抗法考察了该Co_3O_4修饰玻碳电极(Nafion/Co_3O_4/GCE)的电化学性质。结果表明,在2.0 mol·L-1KOH溶液中,电位窗口为-0.4~0.4 V(vs. Hg/HgO)的范围内,该Co_3O_4在1.0 mA·cm^(-2)的电流密度下比容量达39.39 mF·cm^(-2),在5.5 mA·cm^(-2)的电流密度下经过1000次循环后比电容量从初始的25.02 mF·cm^(-2)上升至27.24 mF·cm^(-2),表现出良好的电容特性和稳定性。
Porous hexagon Co3O4 sheet was synthesized by liquid-phase synthesis and calcination. The morphology, crystal phase, specific surface and pore size distribution of Co3O4 were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, X ray diffraction and automated surface area-pore size analyzer. The electrochemical properties of the Co3O4 modified glassy carbon electrode(Nafion/Co3O4/GCE) were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge discharge measurements and electrochemical impedance spectra. The results showed that the specific capacity of the Co3O4 was 39.39 mF·cm^-2 at the current density of 1 mA·cm^-2 in 2.0 mol·L^-1 KOH solution, which increased from 25.02 mF·cm^-2 to 27.24 mF·cm^-2 at the current density of 5.5 mA·cm^-2 after 1000 cycles. The hexagon Co3O4 sheets exhibited excellent capacitance characteristics and stability.
