热轧工艺对400 MPa汽车钢板显微组织和硬度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对热轧400 MPa汽车钢板制定了合理的热轧工艺参数.通过金相和扫描电镜观察,考察了轧制前后的显微组织变化情况;采用Image Tool分析软件,统计分析了轧制前后的晶粒尺寸分布.结合硬度测试结果,分析了400 MPa汽车钢板热轧后的硬度与强度.结果表明,热轧后实验钢组织主要为等轴状铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体.添加稀土实验钢与不加稀土实验钢相比,组织更加细小均匀.与轧制前钢板硬度相比,实验钢硬度有所提高. The reasonable parameters of hot rolling process for 400 MPa automobile steel plate were established.Microstructure changes before and after the rolling were observed by metallographic and scanning electron microscopy, and grain size distribution before and after rolling was analyzed by using Image Tool analysis software. At the same time, the hardness and strength of 400 MPa automobile steel plate after hot rolling were analyzed. The results show that after hot rolling, the microstructure of the experimental steel is mainly equiaxed ferrite + pearlite + bainite. Compared with the experimental steel without rare earth, the addition of rare earth made the steel finer and uniform.The hardness of the experimental steel also increased compared with that before rolling.
