摘要
文章通过对西安市典型社区进行养老服务设施现状调研,发现社区养老服务设施建设水平参差不齐,存在养老服务设施匮乏、服务内容单一、服务人员不足等问题,难以满足社区老年人的养老需求。文章基于需求导向,结合社区老年人特征,提出细化社区养老服务设施分类配置、资源整合配置的方法建议,为社区养老服务设施"落点"提供参考。
Through the investigation of the present situation of old-age care service facilities in typical communities of Xi ’an, this paper finds that the construction level of old-age care service facilities is uneven.It is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly in the community due to the lack of old-age care facilities, single service content and insufficient staff. Based on the demand orientation, this paper proposes ways to refine the classification and configuration of community old-age service facilities and resource integration and configuration from the needs of the elderly, combined with the characteristics of the elderly in the community, and provide reference for the community’s oldage service facilities.
