摘要 针对YHJ-500C 型激光指向仪在屯兰煤矿12501工作面巷道掘进施工过程中定向操作繁琐、效率低、误差大的问题,设计了一种指向仪固定装置,并基于归化放样原理设计了高效地定向方法。经应用表明:改进后的设备与方法将原本平均放样时间1 h降低至20 min,并且增强了抗干扰能力,可以满足掘进施工需要。 Aiming at the problem that the directional operation of YHJ- 500C laser directional instrument is tedious, the efficiency is low, and the error is big, the fixed device of directional instrument is designed in 12501 working face of Tunlan Coal Mine, which has the advantages of complicated directional operation, low efficiency and big error. Based on the principle of domesticated lofting, an efficient orientation method is designed. The application shows that the improved equipment and method can reduce the original average setting-out time 1 h to 20 min, and enhance the anti-jamming ability, which can meet the needs of tunneling construction.
