介绍了哈萨克斯坦PKOP炼油厂原水和除盐水的水质要求,详细介绍了该炼厂除盐水系统的工艺流程、工程设计、工艺控制参数及整个系统的运行情况。系统运行数据表明:超滤UF出水TSS为0.8 mg/L,浊度为0.18 NTU,SDI为2.5;反渗透RO出水TDS为10.9 mg/L,电导率为24.8μs/cm,脱盐率为98%;混床在出水电导小于0.2μs/cm的条件下,运行周期达到120 h,各项指标均达到了设计要求。
The quality requirements of raw water and desalinated water in Kazakhstan PKOP refinery were introduced.The technological process, engineering design, process-control parameters and operating situation of the PKOP desalting system were also introduced in detail. The operation results of UF system showed that TSS was 0.8 mg/L,turbidity was 0.18 NTU and SDI was 2.5;the TDS, conductivity and desalination ratio of RO were 10.9 mg/L, 24.8μs/cm and 98% respectively;the operational cycle of mixed bed was 120 h when the outflow conductance was less than 0.2 μs/cm, all indexes met the design requirements.
