土地快速渗滤法处理垃圾渗滤液及其酶活性研究 被引量:4

Study on Landfill Leachate Treatment by Soil Rapid Infiltration System and Its Enzymatic Activities

摘要 以混凝和芬顿预处理后的垃圾渗滤液作为研究对象,使用2级土地快速渗滤装置进行处理,通过污染物含量的变化情况反映系统的处理效能,分析酶的空间分布情况及其与污染物含量之间的相关性。结果表明,经过2级处理后出水COD在200 mg/L以下,系统对有机物的去除主要在一级渗滤柱的上层和中层,过氧化氢酶在二级渗滤柱下层活性最高;处理后出水NH_3^-N的质量浓度200 mg/L左右,在渗滤柱的下层和底层部分含量下降明显,脲酶在一级渗滤柱上层和中层活性较高;NO_3^--N含量在渗滤柱下层和底层升高,硝酸还原酶在渗滤柱的上层有较强的活性;NO_2^--N含量在下层和底层降低,亚硝酸还原酶活性较为稳定。脲酶与TN的质量浓度的变化具有显著的正相关性;亚硝酸还原酶与NO_2^--N的质量浓度的变化表现出显著负相关的关系。 The landfill leachate after treated with coagulation and Fenton oxidation was used as the research object,and two-stage soil rapid infiltration system was used for the treatment.The treatment efficiency was investigated by the change of pollutants content.The spatial distribution of the enzymes and its correlation with the pollutants content were analyzed.The results showed that,the effluent COD below 200 mg/L after secondary treatment,the removal of organic matter was mainly in the upper and middle layers of primary infiltration column,and catalase showed the highest activity in the lower layer of secondary column.The mass concentration of NH3-N in the effluent was about 200 mg/L,the NH3-N content in the lower layer and bottom layer of column decreased obviously,and the activity of urease in the upper and middle layers was higher.The NO3^--N content increased in the lower layer and bottom layer of the column,nitrate reductase in the lower layer had a strong activity.The NO2^--N content decreased in the lower and bottom,nitrite reductase activity was stable.There was a significant positive correlation between urease and mass concentration of TN.Nitrite reductase showed a significant negative correlation with the mass concentration of NO2^--N.
