摘要
目的通过对全省血费直报系统的应用进行探讨,分析其应用价值。方法对江西省血液中心2013—2017年的无偿献血的情况和血费报销情况进行研究,统计学分析使用SPSS19.0软件进行。结果在全省血费直报系统应用之后,每1年的人次报销率与免费用血率均与未直报前的2013年相比差异有统计学意义,但2016年与2017年相比,差异无统计学意义。结论血费直报系统方便了免费用血费用的报销是支撑无偿献血活动的重要基础之一。
Objective To discuss the application of direct reporting system of blood charges in the whole province and analyze its application value. Methods We studied the situation of blood donation and blood reimbursement from 2013 to 2017 in JiangXi Province Blood Center ( hereinafter referred to as the Center). Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS19.0 software. Results After the application of the direct reporting system of blood cost in the whole province,the reimbursement rate and free blood use rate in each year were significantly different from those in 2013 before the direct reporting, but there was no significant difference between 2016 and 2017. Conclusion The direct reporting system of blood cost facilitates the reimbursement of free blood cost,which is one of the important bases to support the voluntary blood donation.
