摘要
[目的]对实习护生进行外周静脉留置针知识、态度和行进行调查。[方法]采用便利抽样的方法抽取在成都市某三级甲等医院实习的不同层次的护生93人为调查对象,运用外周静脉留置针知识、态度和行为问卷进行调查。[结果]实习护生外周静脉留置针知识总分为(9.61±3.57)分,态度总分为(48.34±4.72)分,行为总分为(57.98±7.60)分。学历、技能考核、实习期间穿刺操作情况、自信心、经验是实习护生留置针相关行为的影响因素。[结论]实习护生外周静脉留置针知识、态度与行为得分不是很理想,临床带教老师采用有效的教学策略,加强对护生在实习阶段留置针的学习与锻炼,减少留置针使用并发症,减轻病人痛苦。
Objective: To investigate the practical nursing students′ knowledge,attitude,behavior on peripheral venous indwelling needle. Methods: A total of 93 practical nursing students in different levels in a third grade A hospital in Chengdu city were investigated with the peripheral venous indwelling needle knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire by using the convenience sampling method.Informed consent was obtained from all participates. Results: Nursing students′ peripheral venous indwelling needle knowledge score was (9.61±3.57),the total attitude score was (48.34±4.72),and the total behavior score was (57.98±7.60).Academic qualifications,skill assessment,puncture operation during internship,self-confidence,and experience were the influencing factors of indwelling needles related behavior. Conclusions: The score of the nursing students′ knowledge,attitude and behavior on peripheral venous indwelling needle was not very ideal.Clinical teaching teachers should pay attention to adopt effective teaching strategies,to strengthen the learning and exercise of nursing students during practice,so as to promote venous indwelling needle application in hospitals,relieve the patients suffering.
