摘要
目的调查深圳地区女性的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染现状及各亚型分布特点,了解该地区HPV感染的流行病学特征。方法对2017年1月1日至12月31日在该院就诊与体检的36 155例女性患者的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV感染基因分型检测,并对受检者结果进行统计分析。结果 HPV总感染率为19.33%,所有被检者HPV感染型别排在前5位的是52、58、16、53和81,除81型外,其余均为高危型别。所有阳性患者以高危型感染为主,占64.57%。HPV感染型别中,以单一感染为主,占71.28%,二重感染占19.25%。不同年龄段HPV感染率不同,在<21岁、21～<31岁、31～<41岁、41～<51岁、51～<61岁、61～<71岁、≥71岁7个年龄段,高危型HPV感染率分别是8.57%、11.02%、12.30%、13.92%、10.11%、14.59%、8.07%,各组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=49.624,P<0.05)。结论该地区女性宫颈HPV的感染主要以高危型、单一感染为主,感染率较高的HPV亚型依次是52、58、16、53和81。
Objective To investigate the infection status and genotype distribution of human papillomaviruses (HPV) in Shenzhen women,in order to understand the epidemiological feature of Shenzhen. Methods Cervical exfoliative cells were collected to detect HPV genotyping from 36 155 women in Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital for treatment and physical examination,from Jan 1 2017 to Dec 31 2017.Then the results of the patients were analyzed.Results The overall HPV positive rate was 19.33%,the leading genotypes of HPV subtypes are 52,58,16,53 and 81,they are all high-risk types,except subtype 81.All the people are mainly infected by high-risk types,the rate was 64.57%.Among the HPV genotypes,all patients were mainly infected by single type,the single infection rate was 71.28%,and that of double infection for 19.25 %.At different ages,the HPV subtypes are distributed differently.The infection rates of high risk HPV were 8.57%,11.02%,12.30%,13.92%,10.11%,14.59% and 8.07%,the differences of the groups were statistical significance (χ 2=49.624, P <0.05).Conclusion Cervical HPV infection are mainly caused by the high-risk HPV subtypes and single type infection in the females of Shenzhen.The leading genotypes of HPV subtypes are 52,58,16,53 and 81.
